There is no long term commitment required. Storage is charged weekly, and you can stay for as little or as long as you need. Your managing agent will confirm the minimum billing period when you make your booking.

Unit sizes vary between Warwick, Stanthorpe and Glen Innes.
Common sizes range from small 3m x 1.5m units through to large 3m x 7m units and open yard or parking bays.

Yes. All sites offer a combination of security features that may include CCTV, floodlighting, security fencing, double locks, caretaker presence and security patrols.

No. Once you collect your key from the managing agent, only you have access to your storage unit.

No. Your unit is yours alone. Neither All Storage nor the managing agents will enter your unit unless legally required.

Yes, if another size is available.
Speak with your managing agent and they can help you move to a larger or smaller unit depending on stock.

If you have paid ahead, your managing agent will explain how refunds or adjustments are handled. Policies may differ slightly between locations.

You cannot store:

  • flammable or hazardous materials
  • illegal items
  • perishable goods that attract pests
  • vehicles, cars or e-bikes with batteries in enclosed units (these must be placed in approved open bays or yards where available)
